THE MYTH WITHIN

$55.00
sold out

A virtual, exploratory workshop identifying the stories we tell ourselves.

Have you ever noticed the same dynamic play out in different relationships?

Patterns that feel cyclical?

Behaviors that repeat?

In our two hours together, we will talk about archetypes present in history and mythology.

We will journal together - identifying patterns within, detailing the main characters we embody, our becoming, and who we desire to be. Then we will rewrite our stories, tending to the gods and goddesses within.

Herbs that support us in coming back home to ourselves and how to find the medicines that work best for each of us as individuals will also be discussed.

Class will be held the morning of August 24, 2024.

10AM-Noon.

Zoom. Link will be shared the evening before the class.

What to bring:

  • journal

  • pen

  • water

  • tea

  • talisman (any object/picture/token of meaning to you)
